Aconseguir-ho, a vegades, no e\u0301s fa\u0300cil.<\/strong> <strong>Per aix\u00f2 volem compartir amb tu unes sessions de meditaci\u00f3 perqu\u00e8 puguis gaudir-ne. Tamb\u00e9 responem als dubtes m\u00e9s comuns que apareixen mentre vius un tractament.<\/strong><\/h4>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Alguna recomanaci\u00f3 psicol\u00f3gica\/emocional per iniciar el nou tractament de reproducci\u00f3? <\/strong><\/h4>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Aquestes s\u00f3n algunes de les <a href=\"https:\/\/fivclinic.es\/recomanacions-psicoemocionals-pacients-reproduccio-assistida\/\">recomanacions generals que proposem per comen\u00e7ar el millor possible un tractament de reproducci\u00f3 assistida<\/a> des del punt de vista psicol\u00f2gic.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>Realitza d\u2019exercici f\u00edsic regularment<\/li>\r\n<li>Practica alguna t\u00e8cnica de relaxaci\u00f3\/meditaci\u00f3 de manera habitual<\/li>\r\n<li>Busca recolzament emocional en el teu entorn<\/li>\r\n<li>Tingues una actitud flexible<\/li>\r\n<li>Intenta viure en l\u2019aqu\u00ed i l&#8217;ara<\/li>\r\n<li>Si creus que igualment necessites ajuda, no dubtis en preguntar per nosaltres, estem aqu\u00ed acompanyar-te en el teu cam\u00ed<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Per concloure, hem d&#8217;intentar seguir un estil de vida saludable i controlar tots aquells par\u00e0metres que estiguin al nostre abast i que, sens dubte, ajudaran a aconseguir abans l&#8217;embar\u00e0s desitjat.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Compartim amb tu dues sessions de meditaci\u00f3 centrades en la respiraci\u00f3:<\/strong><\/h4>\r\n\r\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\u00a0 \u00a0<iframe src=\"https:\/\/player.vimeo.com\/video\/428032395\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\u00a0 \u00a0<iframe src=\"https:\/\/player.vimeo.com\/video\/441578899\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\r\n\r\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Qu\u00e8 puc fer per no preocupar-me en exc\u00e9s per la meva situaci\u00f3? <\/strong><\/h4>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>\u00c9s normal preocupar-nos per algo que ens importa tant, com \u00e9s aquest projecte de vida, per\u00f2 et proposo ocupar-te en comptes de preocupar-te. Despr\u00e9s parlarem d\u2019alguns tips relacionats amb aix\u00f2.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Com fomentar el pensament positiu en relaci\u00f3 als tractaments de reproducci\u00f3 assistida?<\/strong><\/h4>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>Fomenta un auto-di\u00e0leg positiu o si m\u00e9s no \u201cno boicotejador\u201d. \u00c9s a dir, si constantment m\u2019escolto dient-me que \u201cno ho aconseguirem perqu\u00e8\u2026\u201d, canviar aquest auto-missatge per un m\u00e9s positiu o m\u00e9s realista \u201cpotser aquest cop ho aconseguirem perqu\u00e8 tinc al meu favor\u2026\u201d<\/li>\r\n<li>Recorda altres crisis o situacions que inicialment pensaves que no superaries i finalment ho has aconseguit. Tingues-les presents.<\/li>\r\n<li>Mantingues el teu cos i la teva ment actius. Aprofita per realitzar diariament alguna activitat que t\u2019agradi.<\/li>\r\n<li>Practica les visualitzacions significatives i la relaxaci\u00f3: concentra&#8217;t i visualitza records feli\u00e7os o que t&#8217;encoratgin, projectes futurs, llocs que et transmetin calma i serenitat&#8230;<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Qu\u00e8 puc fer actualment per gestionar millor el meu estat d&#8217;\u00e0nim?<\/strong><\/h4>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li><strong>Practica alguna activitat que et relaxi, et conecti amb tu mateix:<\/strong> pot ser ioga, meditaci\u00f3, pintar, tocar uns instrument musical, cuinar\u2026<\/li>\r\n<li><strong>Intenta anticipar-te i decidir les teves reaccions.<\/strong> Si tens un dia o algun moment en el que sents que est\u00e0s molt enganxat a algun pensament o preocupaci\u00f3, (actitud m\u00e9s rumiativa, emocionalment m\u00e9s angoixat) pots intentar v\u00e0ries coses per aconseguir el seg\u00fcent objectiu: decidir com reacciones davant d\u2019aquest estat.<\/li>\r\n<li><strong>Practica com calmar la teva ment.<\/strong> L\u2019objectiu d\u2019aquesta pr\u00e0ctica et portar\u00e0 gradualment a reaccionar d\u2019una manera m\u00e9s adaptativa davant el que ens succeeix di\u00e0riament o a la vida. Propostes: 1) Verbalizar o escriure el que ens est\u00e0 passant (f\u00edsicament, emocionalment o cognitivament).
