Repassem els punts clau amb la nutricionista <a href=\"https:\/\/www.barnaclinic.com\/es\/cuadro-medico\/286\/barbara\">B\u00e0rbara Romano<\/a> i l&#8217;especialista en reproducci\u00f3 assistida Anna Goday.<\/strong><\/h4>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>La fertilitat \u00e9s una q\u00fcesti\u00f3 de pes<\/strong><\/h4>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>L&#8217;exc\u00e9s de pes o el baix pes augmenten el risc d&#8217;infertilitat i d&#8217;aconseguir l&#8217;embar\u00e0s. Aix\u00f2 es tradueix en que un \u00edndex de massa corporal (IMC) menor a 18.5 o major a 25 pot influir a l&#8217;hora de quedar-se embarassada. Per corregir-ho, \u00e9s important revisar qu\u00e8 s&#8217;est\u00e0 menjant i en quines quantitats i acompanyar una <a href=\"https:\/\/www.barnaclinic.com\/blog\/nutricion\/alimentacion-saludable\/\">alimentaci\u00f3 adequada i suficient <\/a>amb exercici f\u00edsic, perqu\u00e8 ajuda a compensar l&#8217;energia consumida.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Per augmentar la fertilitat, el conjunt importa&#8230;<\/strong><\/h4>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\r\n<p>\u201cL&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3 \u00e9s un dels factors ambientals amb major impacte tant en el desenvolupament de l&#8217;embri\u00f3 i fetus, com en la capacitat reproductiva. Un patr\u00f3 diet\u00e8tic saludable com podria ser la dieta mediterr\u00e0nia, ha demostrat que millora els resultats en t\u00e8cniques de reproducci\u00f3 assistida i la possibilitat d&#8217;embar\u00e0s&#8221;, diu Anna Goday.<\/p>\r\n<\/blockquote>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Aquest patr\u00f3 alimentari est\u00e0 considerat com una opci\u00f3 molt favorable per assolir i mantenir un bon estat de salut. A nivell de fertilitat, passa el mateix. Una alimentaci\u00f3 rica en aliments vegetals, com verdures, fruites, fruits secs, llegums i cereals integrals, amb oli d&#8217;oliva com a principal font de greix i que prioritza el consum de peix i marisc per sobre del de carn, \u00e9s una manera d&#8217;assegurar tots els nutrients necessaris i en les quantitats adequades.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Aix\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 inclou <a href=\"https:\/\/fivclinic.es\/habits-vida-reproduccio-com-estres-toxics-afecten-fertilitat\/\">l&#8217;estil de vida<\/a> que va amb la dieta mediterr\u00e0nia: cal evitar l&#8217;estr\u00e8s, assegurar un bon descans i compartir la taula amb els \u00e9ssers estimats afavoreix la salut mental i f\u00edsica. D&#8217;altra banda, l&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3 basada en menjar precuinat, menjar r\u00e0pid, brioixeria i refrescos \u2013rica en sal, sucres, greixos saturats i poden contenir greixos trans\u2013 afecta negativament la salut general i, per conseq\u00fcent, a la fertilitat de qui la consumeix. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.barnaclinic.com\/blog\/nutricion\/sano-comer-carne-roja\/\">L&#8217;exc\u00e9s de carn vermella<\/a> i les <a href=\"https:\/\/www.barnaclinic.com\/blog\/nutricion\/salud-y-nutricion-moda\/\">dietes miracle<\/a> tampoc s\u00f3n aconsellables ja que s\u00f3n molt limitades i, per tant, pobres en nutrients.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>&#8230; i els detalls tamb\u00e9!<\/strong><\/h4>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>En els \u00faltims anys ha guanyat protagonisme l&#8217;efecte que podrien tenir algunes desviacions espec\u00edfiques de nutrients. A continuaci\u00f3, comentarem el paper espec\u00edfic d&#8217;alguns d&#8217;ells a l&#8217;hora de buscar l&#8217;embar\u00e0s.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u00c1CID F\u00d2LIC<\/strong><\/h5>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>L&#8217;\u00e0cid f\u00f2lic \u00e9s crucial en l&#8217;embar\u00e0s i podria tenir un paper rellevant en la reproducci\u00f3 humana tant natural com assistida. Durant el desenvolupament fetal l&#8217;\u00e0cid f\u00f2lic redueix el risc que el futur fetus pateixi espina b\u00edfida, per aix\u00f2 es recomana la suplementaci\u00f3 d&#8217;\u00e0cid f\u00f2lic amb 400 mcg\/dia des del moment en qu\u00e8 es desitja planejar un embar\u00e0s. D&#8217;altra banda, hi ha alguns estudis realitzats en dones subf\u00e8rtils que suggereixen un efecte favorable de la suplementaci\u00f3 amb \u00e0cid f\u00f2lic en els resultats de reproducci\u00f3 assistida.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>FERRO D&#8217;ORIGEN VEGETAL<\/strong><\/h5>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>El ferro d&#8217;origen vegetal podria reduir el risc d&#8217;infertilitat ovulatoria. S&#8217;aconsella combinar els aliments que aporten aquest ferro, com les llenties o les verdures de fulla verda, amb aliments rics en vitamina C, com fruites i verdures crues, en el mateix menjar per augmentar la seva absorci\u00f3.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>SUPLEMENTS DE VITAMINA D<\/strong><\/h5>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Prendre suplements de vitamina D no ha demostrat grans efectes per\u00f2 \u00e9s cert que no s&#8217;ha valorat en persones amb un d\u00e8ficit d&#8217;aquesta vitamina, per la qual cosa no es pot descartar que tamb\u00e9 influeixi. En resum, \u00e9s important tenir un valor de vitamina D en sang adequat \u2013tamb\u00e9 per a la salut \u00f2ssia i inmunitaria\u2013 per\u00f2 no est\u00e0 espec\u00edficament recomanat suplementar a totes les dones que vulguin tenir fills, i mai sense indicaci\u00f3 d&#8217;un professional de la salut, perqu\u00e8 pot ser t\u00f2xica! El que s\u00ed que est\u00e0 molt descrit cient\u00edficament \u00e9s que la vitamina A \u00e9s abortiva. Per tant, no s&#8217;aconsella el seu consum. L&#8217;\u00fanic aliment que es considera font elevada de vitamina A \u00e9s el fetge, aix\u00ed que cal evitar-lo.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>OMEGA 3<\/strong><\/h5>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>L&#8217;Omega 3, un tipus de greix insaturat que trobem principalment en el peix blau, sembla ser benefici\u00f3s per a la fertilitat. Per\u00f2 cal tenir en compte que aquest peix, especialment si \u00e9s de grans dimensions, pot contenir un contaminant molt nociu: el mercuri. Per aix\u00f2, no es recomana menjar-ne m\u00e9s de dues o tres racions setmanals. Sempre \u00e9s millor buscar peixos petits, com les sardines. Una altra manera d&#8217;aconseguir l&#8217;Omega 3 necessari \u00e9s menjant nous, llavors de lli i ch\u00eda, oli de soja, de llinosa o de canola, que contenen \u00e0cid alfa-linol\u00e8nic (ALA), un greix que el cos pot transformar en Omega 3.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\r\n<p>Finalment, m&#8217;agradaria comentar que, tot i que sembla que <a href=\"https:\/\/www.barnaclinic.com\/es\/unidad-de-teaf\/\">l&#8217;alcohol no influeix directament en la fertilitat, s\u00ed que pot fer-ho sobre el fetus<\/a>, per la qual cosa seria important eliminar el seu consum, si m\u00e9s no durant aquest per\u00edode de la vida.<\/p>\r\n<\/blockquote>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>La fertilitat \u00e9s cosa de dos<\/strong><\/h4>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>La infertilitat pot afectar els dos sexes i aix\u00f2 vol dir que aquesta informaci\u00f3 afecta tant a les dones com als homes. L&#8217;exc\u00e9s de pes, una mala alimentaci\u00f3 i toxines com el tabac i l&#8217;alcohol, tamb\u00e9 influeixen en la producci\u00f3 d&#8217;esperma. Per aquest motiu, en cas de tenir problemes de fertilitat, s\u00f3n els dos membres de la parella els que han de revisar la seva salut i estil de vida.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Tot i que encara hi ha aspectes per estudiar, queda clar que alimentaci\u00f3 i fertilitat estan relacionats i que la dieta \u00e9s un factor que pot influir en l&#8217;embar\u00e0s.
