Concretament, disminueix en 1\/3 la prevalen\u00e7a del baix pes en n\u00e9ixer, fet que s&#8217;associa a alteracions metab\u00f2liques i cardiovasculars en la inf\u00e0ncia i l\u2019edat adulta.<\/strong><\/h4>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>IMPACT BCN: qu\u00e8 \u00e9s? <\/strong><\/h4>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>IMPACT BCN \u00e9s un assaig cl\u00ednic (<strong>I<\/strong>mproving\u00a0<strong>M<\/strong>other for a better\u00a0<strong>P<\/strong>ren<strong>A<\/strong>tal\u00a0<strong>C<\/strong>are\u00a0<strong>T<\/strong>rial), coordinat per l\u2019equip d\u2019Eduard Gratac\u00f3s, director de BCNatal, centre d&#8217;obstetr\u00edcia i ginecologia d&#8217;alt nivell format per Hospital Cl\u00ednic i Hospital Sant Joan de D\u00e9u de Barcelona. Un assaig en qu\u00e8 van participar m\u00e9s de 1.200 embarassades amb alt risc de tenir un nounat amb baix pes. Les participants es van dividir en 3 grups:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li><strong>Intervenci\u00f3 amb dieta Mediterr\u00e0nia.<\/strong> Les embarassades acudien a visites mensuals individuals amb una nutricionista per canviar el patr\u00f3 de la dieta i adaptar-lo a la dieta mediterr\u00e0nia. Com? Incorporant m\u00e9s fruita i verdura, carn blanca, peix blau, l\u00e0ctics, llegums, cereals integrals, etc. A m\u00e9s, se&#8217;ls va potenciar el consum d&#8217;omega-3: oli d&#8217;oliva verge extra i nous.<\/li>\r\n<li><strong>Intervenci\u00f3 amb programa de reducci\u00f3 d\u2019estr\u00e8s basat en el Mindfulness.<\/strong> S&#8217;adapta a les embarassades el programa MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) de reducci\u00f3 de l&#8217;estr\u00e8s basat en t\u00e8cniques de Mindfulness, desenvolupat per la Universitat de Massachusetts. Grups de 20-25 embarassades acudien setmanalment durant vuit setmanes a aquest curs, i feien una jornada sencera de retir. Durant les classes, feien meditaci\u00f3, ioga, aprenien noves eines per gestionar emocions, sentiments, etc. intentant focalitzar-se en el present, ajudant la nostra ment a no anar al passat ni al futur, a desconnectar del pilot autom\u00e0tic que moltes vegades posem en marxa.<\/li>\r\n<li><strong>Grup control amb intervenci\u00f3 habitual.<\/strong> Se&#8217;ls feia un seguiment com\u00fa de l&#8217;embar\u00e0s.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-3827\" src=\"https:\/\/fivclinic.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/CAT-SIN-LOGO-Bajo-peso-al-nacer-800px-1024x1024.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/figure>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Quins s\u00f3n els efectes de l&#8217;estil de vida en l&#8217;embar\u00e0s?<\/strong><\/h4>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Els resultats van ser clars: les gestants del grup control van tenir un 21,9% de nadons amb baix pes. Un percentatge que es va reduir de manera significativa en els grups de dieta mediterr\u00e0nia (14%) i mindfulness (15,6%).<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Aix\u00ed \u00e9s com l&#8217;estudi demostra, per primera vegada al m\u00f3n, que quan s&#8217;utilitza de forma estructurada i guiada una intervenci\u00f3 basada en la dieta mediterr\u00e0nia o es fa mindfulness durant l&#8217;embar\u00e0s, es redueix el percentatge de baix pes fetal i tamb\u00e9 algunes complicacions de la gestaci\u00f3, com la preecl\u00e0mpsia o la mort perinatal.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>L&#8217;article ha sigut publicat la revista JAMA, una de les publicacions m\u00e8diques m\u00e9s prestigioses del m\u00f3n: <a href=\"https:\/\/pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/34874420\/\">Effects of Mediterranean Diet or Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction on Prevention of Small-for-Gestational Age Birth Weights in Newborns Born to At-Risk Pregnant Individuals. The IMPACT BCN Randomized Clinical Trial.\u00a0<\/a>Francesca Crovetto, F\u00e0tima Crispi, Rosa Casas, Andr\u00e9s Mart\u00edn-Asuero, Roger Borr\u00e0s, Eduard Vieta, Ramon Estruch, Eduard Gratac\u00f3s; for the IMPACT BCN trial investigators.\u00a0<em>JAMA. 2021;326(21):1-11.<\/em>\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Amb aquest treball es demostra la import\u00e0ncia de l\u2019assessorament pregestacional amb especialistes en nutrici\u00f3 i salut mental per tal de potenciar una evoluci\u00f3 favorable de la gestaci\u00f3 i millorar la salut dels nounats.
