Aix\u00ed es titula l&#8217;estudi australi\u00e0 que ha estudiat la dieta de les dones abans i durant la gestaci\u00f3. Segueixen les dones les recomanacions diet\u00e8tiques i nutricionals durant el per\u00edode previ a la gestaci\u00f3? Segons aquesta revisi\u00f3 feta per investigadors australians sembla que no.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Es mengen prous verdures i cereals abans de l&#8217;embar\u00e0s? <\/strong><\/h4>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Segons les dades que se n&#8217;extreuen, la majoria de les dones no van assolir la ingesta di\u00e0ria recomanada de verdures ni de cereals. A m\u00e9s, el consum de folat i vitamina E tamb\u00e9 va ser insuficient a les seves dietes. Aix\u00f2 podria tenir un impacte negatiu als resultats de fertilitat, l&#8217;evoluci\u00f3 de l&#8217;embar\u00e0s i el part, i la salut del futur nad\u00f3.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\r\n<p>Segons les directrius de la Dieta Mediterr\u00e0nia, els aliments d&#8217;origen vegetal com les fruites, les verdures, els llegums, els fruits secs i l&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva; haurien de consumir-se en abund\u00e0ncia.<\/p>\r\n<\/blockquote>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Per qu\u00e8 \u00e9s clau menjar fruita i verdura? <\/strong><\/h4>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Les verdures, hortalisses i fruites s\u00f3n la font principal de vitamines, minerals i fibra de la nostra dieta i ens aporten alhora una gran quantitat d&#8217;aigua. \u00c9s fonamental consumir 5 racions de fruita i verdura di\u00e0riament. Gr\u00e0cies al contingut elevat en antioxidants i fibra poden contribuir a prevenir, entre d&#8217;altres, algunes malalties cardiovasculars i alguns tipus de c\u00e0ncer.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Pel que fa a les verdures, s&#8217;haurien de consumir m\u00ednim 2 racions al dia, per la qual cosa seria imprescindible que estiguessin presents tant al dinar com al sopar.
